Information collected or requested by our website is for communicating with and serving our Members, Contributors, Sponsors and Visitors ; to help us evaluate the public interest in our content and to determine how to improve delivery of content that matters to our users.  We do not sell your personal information to third parties and any information obtained may be used by our creative collaborators to create biographical, historical cultural content similar to the content on this website.   

Your participation in any of our research surveys, requests for information related to our research activities, presentations,  and publications and your use of our interactive community engagement online activities is strictly voluntary and shall be subject to our permissible fair use of using, displaying and disclosing certain biographical cultural and sociological information for purposes of sharing diverse voices in "across the median-like" N.O.R.S.T. retired State Trooper projects, presentations, articles, photo gallery displays, drawings, memorabilia and in books of public interest and for comment; and further by your provisioning of materials, photos, content, interviews and information, your unconditionally consent to and grant all such uses to us and our creative collaborators when and by submitting any of the requested content or photos to us along with your agreement to the required research project consents contained within the guidelines for each specific project survey we share with you.  We will use or best conservative discretion and judgment to objectively present any information received from Members or Participants in the best possible culturally relevant light to help others learn the educational or training significance of our content, free or any bias, or organizational preferences.

We may request your voluntary participation in reviewing and rating our site content to help us improve the value of your user experience and the experiences of other. It is our hope that you will help us in this effort. If you do not want us to know anything about how you have interacted with this website, we ask that you not use the website, as user activity is the only way that we will know how the limited content we share is of value to our Members, Supporters and the General Public.

We ask that users refrain from any harassment, disrespectful, discriminatory or hate -related conduct toward others, or from posting any derogatory rants or trolling of information concerning our works.  Positive commentary that advances learning, connectivity and understanding between our members and the general public is welcome.  Negative, dismissive and rude commentary that is frequently common in law enforcement circles is prohibited on this website and will be removed, as there are many other places for people to air their grievances to random audiences, yet this website does not happen to be one of them. 

We are here to celebrate those Retired African American State Troopers who have given us so much, yet have who been given so little in return during their terms of service and more importantly, after retirement.
