Our creative collaborators

We are thankful for the talented creative graphic designers, filmmakers, public mural artists, photographers, sketch artists, authors, content creators, researchers, research managers, attorneys, supporters, state police agencies, agency command staff, volunteers, leaders and creative consultants who have collaborated with N.O.R.S.T during the past 6 years.

Our collaborators are known, experienced-tested and well accomplished in their

domains of expertise.

Their efforts have helped to conceptualize and create the overall structure of the original 2022 website and enhancement of newly redesigned 2024 N.O.R.S.T. cultural historical website to honor the untold history of our Trooper members, and to pursue unprecedented 3 year cultural historical research projects, interviewing, filming and documenting the 65 year history of Retired Maryland African American State Troopers, scheduled for release in 2024.

Please reach out with thanks to the listed creative collaborators below or contact us with your positive thanks to share with them.

thanks to our creative collaborators

We could not have achieved our current cultural and educational research project successes without the 1000's of hours of creative expertise and time that our collaborators have contributed to the 2024 release of our N.O.R.S.T. website.

We also could not have achieved any progress on the upcoming release of our groundbreaking cultural historical website platform dedicated to preserving the unknown and dissipating 65 year history and contributions of Retired Maryland African American State Troopers. Look for our exciting progress soon...!

Our work showcases many brave, dedicated, trailblazing men and women Troopers of good will, their strength of character and the exemplary life service contributions they have made across America, as first generation break-through leaders that has largely been hidden from the public knowledge domain; and remains unknown to Trooper families, friends, agencies and researchers because of the passage of time.

More to the point, nothing has happened before now because no one cared enough to actively pursue coordinating the time sacrifice, wide-ranging research efforts, distribution of survey requests, conduct of personal interviews, and tremendous financial expense of making this work a reality for the public benefit.

Ret. Sgt. David Washington is the primary force that has kept this project moving forward during the past four years and we are forever grateful for his tireless leadership and commitment to honoring and sharing retired Trooper history for all time.

Our scalable retired trooper project management team expertise has proven to be invaluable, along with many contributions from trusted mutual collaborators, and community volunteers (our greatest assets) who have given continuous life to this expansive research recognition project (and other N.O.R.S.T research projects) for positive community impact.

We encourage you to consider utilizing our creative collaborators featured on this website to help your organization benefit from their uniquely specialized talents, visual arts & film expertise, and professional commitment to developing and telling educational community stories that matter using experiential creative resources to bring your future public and private art projects to life in diverse the communities.
