Today, N.O.R.S.T.'s sharing of honors, celebrations and acknowledgements are important to the mission of promoting excellence by letting our members, their families and our supporters know that we truly care about their life-progress, value each achievement of purpose they have made along the way as retired State Troopers, and are socially celebrating them with thanks, often for the first time ever.  

In our view:

"Celebration is a way of "seeing" the individual Trooper in the crowded social spaces of today to say, 'Thank You' and 'Carry On'..." 

In a way, celebration becomes almost as important the achievement of each individual Retired State Trooper's goals, because the focus is solely on your successes.
