I am truly thankful to many for the Trooper experience steps I have been able take to date."
The relationships of mutual respect formed, were cultivated over 46 years, and have given great vitality, daylight, and collaborative energies of support to NORST's current research projects. With the 2024 launch of the newly designed NORST website, we and our collaborators can continuously bring you many untold stories of Trailblazing State Trooper excellence, boldness, and undeniable resolve, all year long.

Today, Troopers, their families, friends, and colleagues can learn, understand and celebrate with appreciation by reflecting on the often dehumanizing conditions under which N.O.R.S.T. Troopers had to work in the past, yet they did not give up, persevered and prevailed to retire as the "Best of N.O.R.S.T.", after transforming the very agencies that earlier disregard their potential for positive contributions.
