empowering THE ROLE OF BLACK LAW ENFORCEMENT in ALL COMMUNITIES
National Organization of Retired State Troopers, Inc. is poised to work with and assist State Police and Highway Patrol agencies with their hiring efforts by promoting greater familiarity with the diverse, impactful and historic leadership service achievements of retired N.O.R.S.T. State Troopers during the past seven decades.
National Organization of Retired State Troopers, Inc. leadership, members and collaborative organizations have been working with retirees and agencies during the past four years to research histories that assist us in collecting and preserving valuable stories of pioneering African American and minority State Troopers career achievements and leadership wisdom.
Our goal is to educate the public about the historic and pioneering accomplishments of African American and minority State Troopers across the median of the nation, to conduct historical cultural research to improve police community relations, and to provision police culture training presentations that transform law enforcement practices into practical community engagement relationships. We cannot accomplish this important goal to preserve the legacies, wisdoms and practices of minority State Troopers without your input and continuous support.
